I did a LOT of walking immediately following the birth of my second daughter, and eventually began running again….really helped me to get into shape. Now, at almost 40, I’m in better shape than I was in when I was in my 20s.

Post baby I went on Weight Watchers. I was already overweight before getting pregnant. With a healthier attitude towards food, yoga and eventually cycling, I lost the baby weight and the extra weight to be myself again!
